Welcome to a New Academic Year at KMCT IETM
Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,
With great joy and renewed commitment, I welcome you all to the beginning of a new academic year — a year that holds special significance for all of us at KMCT IETM.
We proudly witness our first batch of students preparing to graduate, a milestone that reflects how far we have come in our journey of shaping future-ready professionals. You are our torchbearers — the pioneers of our academic legacy. You are not just passing out — you are setting the benchmark for all the batches to follow.
This year also brings a strategic academic reorganization based on the most recent university results. By grouping students according to performance, we aim to accelerate excellence among high achievers and offer personalized attention and mentoring to those who need it most. This thoughtful step reflects our belief that every learner deserves the best chance to grow.
We also proudly launch our first Postgraduate Programs — MBA (Master of Business Administration) and MCA (Master of Computer Applications) — opening new avenues for higher education within our campus and reinforcing our commitment to academic excellence.
On the career development front, we have launched a rigorous placement training program for our final-year students. Soon, this training will extend to our pre-final year and second-year students, ensuring early preparation, continuous skill development, and strong placement readiness across batches.
We are equally excited to launch our NSS (National Service Scheme) unit this year. This opens a new avenue for students to engage with society, serve the community, and develop a deeper sense of social responsibility. We believe that education is not only about the mind, but also about the heart — and the NSS will help nurture both.
Another highlight this year will be the Pan-KMCT Arts Festival, where over two dozen sister institutions under the KMCT Group will come together in a celebration of creativity, culture, and camaraderie. This grand event will offer our students a vibrant platform to express themselves beyond classrooms and connect with peers from across the KMCT family.
With these significant academic, professional, and cultural milestones, we step into this year with great optimism. Together, let us create memories, achieve milestones, and shape a brighter future.
